We do not do private hire for personal events. We may come to your fair or organization (Subject to area and conditions). Charlie's Model Hot Air Balloon Team will not take responsibility for grass or property damage.  When we attend your event you must allow us on site 30mins before public entry. We must be provided with a space with no public access and if we grant access to the public then, we must have help from any of your security team acting as crowd control. We DON'T allow people to control the balloon as this is a threat to public safety. Only trained pilots and crew are permitted to control the balloon.
